Community: We will develop a community for you a dynamic collaborative network of research institutions, universities, startups, large corporations, investors, and government funding bodies interacting to drive your technological advancement and economic growth.

Platform: We will build a website platform as a central infrastructure point of the ecosystem to be used by the community to showcase their products and services on the virtual exhibition as a focal point for the community activities such as workshops, symposiums, seminars and training. We have bult 10+ expo website platforms.

Events: We will support the ecosystem development with online and in-person events such as workshops, symposiums, seminars and training around community needs. We will learn and monitor community needs by direct interaction at the community events, interviews and surveys and tailor community activities fit those needs. We organised 40+ events in the past 10+ years.

Collaborative Projects: We will support the ecosystem development project consortiums building and funding proposal preparation. We have 15+ successful government funded project with total of 80M+ EUR in funding.

Teams: We have in-house team of experts providing consulting, marketing, events organisation and training services. We will work with your in-house teams to support their activities on development of your ecosystem. We will bring partner teams from government funded projects and our community network, if needed.

Communication and Marketing Channels: We have 6000+ LinkedIn followers in total from all our LinkedIn channels and to 2000+ community network for direct email marketing that we will use to support your community development.

Processes and Strategies: Network curation and nurturing through industrial engagement events and project consortiums building and funding proposal preparation. Innovation management, marketing, events and training supporting services provided by the in-house team of experts to the project consortium partners and community members. Close collaboration with your team in all aspects of the community development and ecosystem building. The community development and ecosystem building is a long process. The ecosystem building could take minimum 2 years. We will use our community network and platform infrastructure in the early incubation and following acceleration phase. The community and ecosystem will need constant curation, nurturing and maintenance. We would be happy to provide those services through the long-term service contracts, shared ownership or Join Venture (JV) arrangements.
